PURPOSE:

To transfer $215,000.00 from District 4 Parks Bond Account 100629.80314.541100.05.600012 for capital improvements at Little Creek Horse Farm.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

The funds are needed for capital improvements at Little Creek Horse Farm.  This includes improvements to the asphalt parking area, manure/pasture management, Wi-Fi access, gutters/roof drainage, and other capital improvements.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

No impact to the 2017 fiscal budget

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend that funds in the amount of $215,000.00 be transferred from 2001 Parks Bond District 4 account 100629.80314.541100.05.600012 for capital improvements at Little Creek Horse Farm; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all the necessary documents and contracts for the completion of the project.
