PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 28, 2015 for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00. This contract consists of the lease/purchase of multifunctional copiers with the capability of copying, printing, scanning and faxing in a managed environment to be utilized by all County Departments. The extended time for transition from Toshiba to Xerox equipment resulted in the delayed start of the Xerox leases. This request is to extend the contract term for one (1) year to provide for the full 60-month lease period of all Xerox leases.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 to extend the contract term to December 31, 2021 with:
Xerox Corporation, 9040 Roswell Road, Atlanta, GA 30305
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
