PURPOSE:
The County has utilized LABWORKS software for water and wastewater pollution tracking, analysis, and reporting for over 7 years. This software is a vital lifeline of support that is imperative to maintain. Per the User Department, this platform is essential for managing sampling lab analysis results and generating accurate government reports and billing. It plays a crucial role in pollution tracking, analysis, and reporting for water and wastewater. This request seeks to continue the use of a previously approved sole source for three (3) years and seeks to ratify Purchase Order No. 1373603 for the first year, effective April 01, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
