STAFF ANALYSIS: The Comprehensive Housing Plan addresses the issues, opportunities, and goals of the 2050 Unified Plan. Some of these issues, opportunities, and goals addressed include the need for additional market rate housing, affordable housing, increased infill development, diverse housing types, code enforcement within aging housing developments, as well as increased development of senior-living housing types.
