NEED/IMPACT:
Frontline Response is proposing a collaboration with those in law enforcement to offer an alternative for our unhoused neighbors who are found to be in violation of urban camping laws. Instead of arrest, Frontline Response would be offered as a navigation location for unhoused individuals who chose a needs-based service pathway
FISCAL IMPACT:
The funding will come from District 1 American Rescue Plan (ARP) Funding and will be appropriated to Frontline Response
