PURPOSE:
Awarded on October 9, 2018 for a total amount not to exceed $5,500,000.00. These contracts consist of obtaining repairs to keep vehicles on the road and equipment operating in the field from qualified and /or manufacturer dealers when the required repair is beyond the capability or expertise of Fleet Management personnel. The department is requesting an increase in funds due to the upward trend for maintenance and repairs needed to service over 3600 units. This request is to exercise the 1st renewal of 2 options to renew.
