To authorize the purchase of the YMCA property located at 2565 Snapfinger Road, Decatur, Georgia 30034.
NEED/IMPACT:
Move employees from rental spaces to County-owned spaces.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Property will be leased for $10 a month.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the purchase and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to execute all necessary documents.
