PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 12, 2021, for a total amount of $8,606,250.00. On March 23, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the scope of work and increase contract funds for an amount not to exceed $3,290,492.00. On July 22, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the scope of work and funds for an amount not to exceed $9,420,796.97. This contract consists of providing on-call construction management services. These services include, but are not limited to, pre-construction services, construction inspection services, field services, management of meetings, production of progress reports, and other related services for water and sewer projects within the County’s Capital Improvement Program. This request is to increase the contract funds and term to allow for the continuation of services without interruptions to critical CIP construction projects around the county in order to meet necessary Consent Decree requirements.
