PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 25, 2013, for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00. On November 13, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00 and to extend the contract term for one year. On November 12, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $675,000.00 and to extend the contract term for one year. On November 12, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for the consent to assignment to transfer the lockbox services to Deluxe Corporation dba REMITCO, LLC. On December 21, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 for an amount not to exceed $300,000.00 and to extend the contract for one year. On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 5 for an amount not to exceed $276,000.00 and to extend the contract for one year. On December 19, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 6 for an amount not to exceed $305,000.00 and extended the contract through December 31, 2024. On December 17, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 7 for an amount not to exceed $146,000.00 and extended the contract term for one year.
