PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC, on May 28, 2024 for an amount not to exceed $443,831.19. This contract consists of the installation of a canopy over the Judges’ parking lot at the Dekalb County Juvenile Justice Center. This request seeks to increase the contract term through May 31, 2025. A contract term increase is required to allow the vendor the appropriate amount of time to complete the project. CONTRACT TERM INCREASE ONLY.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:

 

Brad Construction Company II, LLC, 500 W. Lanier Ave., Fayetteville, GA 30214

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $443,831.19

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
