PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 28, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $522,781.31. On December 19, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No.1, to correct the contract funds amount due to an error in the initial quote for FY26 and FY27 pricing for Elite Rescue support, for an amount not to exceed $1,380.22. On May 14, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2, to increase the contract funds to add Community Health and Data Mart software modules for an amount not to exceed $124,273.43. This request seeks to increase the contract funds to add the Health Information Hub app module for the life of the contract. The Health Information Hub (HIH) module will allow DeKalb County Fire Rescue to provide patient care reports (PCR's) when a DeKalb County Fire Rescue ambulance transports a patient to a hospital emergency department.
