PURPOSE:
To record the appointment of Shaun Billingslea to the District 3 Community Council Board.
NEED/IMPACT:
DeKalb County Community Councils review applications for rezoning, land use plan amendments, special land use permits, and text amendments, and report their recommendations to the DeKalb County Planning Commission. Pursuant to the Zoning Code of DeKalb County, the District Commissioners shall appoint eleven (11) members to each District Community Council Board. Community council members serve at the pleasure of the district commissioner making their appointment or until a successor is appointed and qualified

Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents and to confirm the appointment of Shaun Billingslea to the District 3 Community Council Board.
