PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 9, 2021 for an amount not to exceed $13,156,361.97. This contract consists of patching, milling and resurfacing County roads. This request is to extend the contract term to June 30, 2022 to allow for the completion of the services.

Recommend approval of Change No. 1 to extend the contract term with:
Pittman Construction Company, 1487 Farmer Road, Conyers, GA 30012
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
