PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 7, 2025, for an amount not to exceed $410,442.50. This contract consists of the installation of a new traffic signal at the North Decatur Road and Parkdale Drive, a new pedestrian hybrid beacon near Gifford Drive, and compliant ADA concrete ramps at both locations. This initiative enhances public safety and mobility for DeKalb County residents while ensuring full accessibility compliance. Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Reedwick LLC, 15071 Veterans Memorial Highway, Villa Rica, GA 30180
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
