PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 12, 2014, to nine (9) separate sole source vendors for a total amount not to exceed $9,029,128.90. On April 28, 2015, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 14-902881 to increase scope and funding in an amount not to exceed $146,901.00. On June 28, 2016, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to Contract Nos. 14-902880, 964908 (formerly known as (fka) 14-902886), 964685 (fka 14-902887), 14-902883, and 14-902884 to increase scope of work and funding for a total amount not to exceed $2,030,786.53 and Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 969193 (fka 14-90288) to reduce scope and funding. On October 11, 2016, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 14-902882 to increase contract time and term.
On December 8, 2015, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to Contract No. 14-902881 to increase funding in an amount not to exceed $49,680.00. On January 24, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to Contract Nos. 14-902882 and 14-902884 to increase scope of work and funding for a total amount not to exceed $148,980.00.
