PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 12, 2016, to three (3) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00. On December 4, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to three (3) vendors to increase funding in a total amount not to exceed $1,200,000.00 and to add the Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs. On October 22, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to Contract No. 1023197 to increase funding in an amount not to exceed of $85,000.00. On January 23, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to Contract Nos.: 1025662 and 1031586 and Change Order No. 3 to Contract No. 1023197 to increase the contract term and funding in a total amount not to exceed $950,000.00. On March 8, 2022, the BOC ratified Change Order No. 3 to Contract No. 1031586 and Change Order No. 4 to Contract No. 1023197 to increase the contract term and funding in a total amount not to exceed $757,959.00. This contract consists of the provision of architectural and engineering design services for various projects. This request is to increase the contract term through May 1, 2023 and funding for the ongoing construction administration of Fire Station No. 7.
