Record the appointment of Shayla Royal to the DeKalb County Women’s Commission as the District 1 appointee

The DeKalb County Women’s Commission provides advice and recommendations to county leadership
regarding policies, programs, and initiatives that support the wellbeing, empowerment, and advancement of
women throughout DeKalb County
