PURPOSE:
Consist of providing services to design, construct, install, interconnect, operate, maintain, and monitor Solar PV systems at County facilities located at 178 and 180 Sams Street, Decatur, GA 30030 will serve as the first project. The vendor will fully fund the PV installation in exchange for the County purchasing power generated by the installed PV panels. All output generated at a facility shall be used at that facility and the selected Proposer shall not sell the output beyond the capacity limit of any individual facility. This program will increase the County's renewable energy capacity, reduce energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions, create workforce development opportunities and serve as a model to other governmental municipalities and the commercial sector on how to deploy solar, and provide educational opportunities about the benefits of renewable energy. Three (3) proposals were received.

Recommended Action
Recommend award to highest scoring proposer:

Cherry Street Asset Management Holdings, LLC, 1000 Marietta St. NW, Suite 290, Atlanta, GA 30318

and authorize the Chief Execute Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
