PURPOSE:
Consists of providing professional services to include developing promotional examinations, conducting and facilitating the testing process and developing and administering the selection procedures for each rank in Police Services. The vendor will provide a rank ordered promotional list of each assessed police rank in accordance with the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures. Four (4) proposals were received.
