PURPOSE:

To expressly prohibit loitering in front of alcohol outlets, gas stations and convenience stores.

NEED/IMPACT:
To allow the Board of Commissioners to consider whether to amend Chapter 16 of the DeKalb County Code of Ordinances to include a prohibition on loitering in front of alcohol outlets, gas stations and convenience stores.

To adopt the attached ordinance on February 28, 2017.
