PURPOSE:
Maintains compliance with the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners’ Standing Procedural Rules regarding
the establishment and adoption of committees.
NEED/IMPACT:
Per section VI(2) of the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners’ Standing Procedural Rules, there shall be an
enabling item which creates a committee that indicates the number of members and the status of each. Members
of committees may be designated as members without voting privileges. Quorum for all committees will
consist of a majority of its voting membership.
FISCAL IMPACT:
