COMMUNITY COUNCIL VOTE/RECOMMENDATION:  CC-3: Denial 10-2-0. Community Council-3 recommended denial and indicated that MARTA needed to focus on expanding rail service before attempting to redevelop the property; CC-4: Approval 9-0-1; CC-5: Denial 7-2-0.
