PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 28, 2015 for an amount not to exceed $146,041.30. On October 11, 2016 the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $146,041.30. This contract consists of the repair, replacement, maintenance and installation of plumbing fixtures at the County’s residential, commercial and industrial properties. On May 8, 2017 an emergency repair for broken sewer lines at the Human Services building occurred. The cost of the repairs were $104,086.31 and exceeded the remaining funds on the contract by $54,582.26. This request is to add funding to ratify the overage amount and fund the 2nd renewal term.
