PURPOSE:

Awarded on April 6, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $96,309.00. This contract consists of the purchase of an off-site records storage system for documents assigned to the County Clerk Superior Court for the County.

This request seeks to increase funds for the remainder of the contract period, due to the increased volume of records being transferred for new transfers and retrievals.

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:

 

GRM Information Management Services, 215 Coles Street, Jersey City, NJ 07310

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $125,000.00

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated

documents.
