STAFF ANALYSIS: (rev. 03.13.2026) The applicant requests renewal of an existing Special Land Use Permit to renewal to allow a CCI to continue to operate a small residential group home for teen girls ages 12 to 18 as a Childcare Institution (CCI) for up to six (6) clients within an existing single-family dwelling in the R-75 zoning district. The applicant states no exterior changes are proposed that would alter the residential appearance of the home, and that planned work would consist of interior renovations to support double-occupancy bedrooms for clients in three bedrooms. The applicant states the facility will be staffed 24 hours per day by trained professionals and will operate in compliance with state licensing requirements and applicable safety standards.
