PURPOSE:
Consists of performing Consent Decree assignments that implement continuous sanitary sewer assessment and rehabilitation to minimize sanitary sewer overflows. The work also addresses Non-Priority OSARP (Ongoing Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program) Sewers; assets within PASARP (Priority Areas Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program) areas that have been identified for reassessment; and Special Projects that are necessary due to needs determined through the daily operation of the sanitary sewer collection system. Three (3) bids were received.
