PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 8, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $671,760.00. This contract consists of the purchase of ProjectDox Software to be used by the Department of P&S to allow citizens to submit commercial and residential plans, (e.g., engineering, construction) electronically for review and approval. This request seeks to increase contract funds for continued support, maintenance, and training services, as well as software updates for ProjectDox products.

Avolve Software Corporation, 21001 N. Tatum Blvd., Ste 1630-503, Phoenix, AZ 85050
Amount Not To Exceed: $134,352.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
