PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC, on August 8, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $177,340.00. On September 24, 2024, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option through August 31, 2025 and ratified a previously provided thirty (30) day contract term increase, effective September I, 2024. On September 23, 2025, the BOC approved a previously provided thirty (30) day contract term increase, the 2nd renewal option through August 31, 2026 and contract funds for an amount not to exceed $177,340.00. This contract consists of providing inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of existing water-based fire protection equipment throughout the County. This request seeks to increase contract funds and term through August 31, 2027.
This substitute is provided to correct various entries.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
All Star Fire, LLC, 3284 Medlock Bridge Road, Suite 300, Norcross, GA 30092
Amount Not Exceed: $177,340.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents
