PURPOSE:
To allow staff recommendations on zoning and traffic calming items to be presented first during the public hearing process.
NEED/IMPACT:
This amendment will allow the public to hear the staff recommendation before commenting on the agenda item. By placing the staff recommendation first, comments from the public will be more informed and germane to the discussion of each item.
