PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC, on March 8, 2022, under a cooperative agreement in an amount not to exceed $7, 781,553.28. This contract consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Region 4 ESC/OMNIA Partners Cooperative Purchasing Agreement No. R170802 annual contract for the provision of trenchless technology rehabilitation and related services. The County's resulting contract survived the expiration of the Region 4 ESC/OMNIA Partners Cooperative Purchasing Agreement No. R170802.

This request seeks to increase the scope of work to allow for the completion of upgrades to over 100,000 linear feet of sewer line rehabilitation services; to include inspections, sewer line cleaning, external point repairs, manhole rehabilitation, and cured in place pipe lining.
