PURPOSE:
To Allocate an Amount Not to Exceed $100,000 from the District 3 Reserve for Appropriation Funds for the District 3 Live, Laugh, Love - A Community Arts, Music & Engagement Series
NEED/IMPACT:
The District 3 Live, Laugh, Love - A Community Arts, Music & Engagement Series will give individuals and families an opportunity to gather in an outdoor setting and engage with the arts in a meaningful way. It is designed to create opportunities for residents to connect, learn and celebrate creativity and diversity while bringing people of all ages and backgrounds together through shared experiences.
FISCAL IMPACT:
To Allocate an Amount Not to Exceed $100,000 from the District 3 Reserve for Appropriation Funds for the District 3 Live, Laugh, Love - A Community Arts, Music & Engagement Series.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the allocation from the District 3 Reserve for Appropriation Funds, amount not to exceed $100,000 for the District 3 Live, Laugh, Love - A Community Arts, Music & Engagement Series and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all the necessary documents.
