PURPOSE:

To consider the approval of termination of the Standardized T-Hangar Space Lease Agreement for T-Hangar Space D-18 with J. Georges Sulmers, effective May 17, 2023: and

To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Termination.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

In compliance with the current T-Hangar Space Lease Agreement, Section 8, Termination, the County desires to terminate the Lease Agreement for convenience because Lessee J. Georges Sulmers is deceased.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

This is a termination of a revenue generating lease agreement. There is no cost to the County.
