PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on November 10, 2025 for an amount not to exceed $300,000.00. This contract consists of assessment activities primarily including but not limited to: procurement policy and process review, local small business program assessment and effectiveness review, benchmarking activities, procurement policies and procedures development and revisions, process mapping, and customer service level reviews. This request seeks consent to assign Contract No. 2000297 and all remaining contract funds with no change in terms or conditions from Periscope Holdings Inc. to National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Inc.

Amount Not To Exceed: $134,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the renewal and all associated documents.
