CO - Change Order No. 5 to Contract No. 1258332, Change Order No. 2 to Contract No. 1258334 and Change Order No. 1 to Contract Nos.: 1258333 and 1258335, Soil & Materials Testing, Surveying Services and Structural Analysis (Multiyear Contract): for use by the Departments of Facilities Management (FM), Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs (RPCA), Public Works Transportation (PW-T), Public Works - Roads & Drainage (R&D), Watershed Management (DWM) and Planning and Sustainability(P&S).
