PURPOSE:
This request consists of the purchase of 10 ImageCast Central Kits and 10 EMS (Election Management System) Adjudication Workstation Kits from the only vendor certified to provide voting equipment in the State of Georgia. The ImageCast Central (ICC) is used to scan mail-in ballots and can be configured to save scanned ballot images and cast vote records. The EMS Adjudication Workstation Kit is used for ballot adjudication, including reporting and generation of adjudicated result files.
