PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 23, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $8,000,000.00. On August 25, 2022, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $8,000,000.00. On May 21, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $6,000,000.00. This request was to add funding to continue installation operations until the upcoming renewal period began. On September 14, 2021, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal for an amount not to exceed $12,000,000.00. This contract consists of the purchase of water meters and parts for the exchange/upgrade program and new installations. This extension will allow DWM to continue installation operations until a new contract is awarded.
