PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on September 8, 2015 to two (2) vendors for an amount not exceed $195,000.00. On January 12, 2016, the BOC rescinded one of the awards and awarded the items to StandGuard Aquatics, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $71,000.00 based on StandGuard Aquatics, Inc. original bid prices. On October 11, 2016, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $267,550.00. This contract consists of the installation of on-site chlorine generators and chemical maintenance of County swimming pools and aquatic centers.

Recommend approval to exercise the 2nd renewal option through September 30, 2018 with:

StandGuard Aquatics, Inc., 5655 Atlanta Highway, Suite 103-168, Alpharetta, GA  30004
