PURPOSE:

To consider accepting $15,686 in an emergency grant to the DUI Court Program.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

The Criminal Justice Coordinating Council has awarded the DUI Court Program $15,686 in emergency funds to cover the costs of drug testing for the remainder of the FY24 grant period (4th quarter).  There is no required cash match.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

The award is available starting April 1, 2024, through June 30, 2024 and will cover the 4th quarter drug testing expenses.                     

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

To approve the award of $15,686 and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents and appropriate said funds to the DUI Court Program.
