PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 8, 2022, to six (6) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $48,000,000.00. This contract consists of providing on call engineering services that primarily includes engineering studies, design, land surveying, construction administration, and related services for water and wastewater projects under the CIP and CD. This request seeks to add the Department of Public Works - Sanitation to the contract and increase the contract scope of work and funding. Approval of this request will allow for a task order to complete a Sanitation Fund Revenue Sufficiency and Fund Fee Analysis.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Arcadis U.S., Inc., 2839 Paces Ferry Road, Ste 900, Atlanta, 30339
Amount Not To Exceed: $200,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
