PURPOSE:
Consists of developing a detailed, comprehensive geocoded inventory report of the current conditions of 139,288 properties in unincorporated DeKalb to develop a strategy for abatements and blight removal and enhance the quality of life for residents. Assessments will be completed in four (4) phases and the final report of the assessed properties will be prioritized in order of the most egregious condition. Five (5) bids were received.
