PURPOSE:
This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made between the Board of Regents of the University of System of Georgia by and on behalf of the University of Georgia Cooperative Extension (hereinafter “UGA Extension”) and DeKalb County, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, by and through its Board of DeKalb, (hereinafter the “County”), for the provision of Cooperative Extension Services and Personnel in DeKalb County, Georgia.
NEED/IMPACT:
To continue the agreement between the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of The University of Georgia Cooperative Extension and DeKalb County.
