PURPOSE:
For use by PW-Transportation. Consists of the construction of a trail along the northern side of Church Street from Park North Boulevard to Northern/Mell roads and a connecting pedestrian bridge (275 feet) over I-285. Six (6) bids were received.

Recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder:

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
