PURPOSE:

 For use by Public Works - Roads and Drainage (R&D) and the Departments of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs (RPCA) and Watershed Management (DWM).  Consists of the purchase of de-icing materials to make the sand/salt mixture used to maintain roadways, parking lots and sidewalks.
