PURPOSE:
To consider approval of the termination of Standardized Office Space Agreement for Office 2L with Ryan Thornton, effective August 5, 2019; and to consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the termination.
NEED/IMPACT:
In compliance with Section 4.C, Failure of Lessee to Pay, the Airport as Lessor desires to terminate the Standardized Office Space Agreement for Office 2L, effective August 5, 2019, because of failure of Lessee to pay rentals when due.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no cost to the County.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
