PURPOSE:
To consider approval of termination of the Standardized Lease Agreement of T-Hangar Space D-43 with Ryan Funk, effective September 1, 2026; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Agreement.
NEED/IMPACT:
In compliance with the current T-Hangar Space Lease Agreement, Section 8, Termination, the County and the Lessee desire to terminate the Lease Agreement due to moving out of state.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This is the termination of a revenue generation lease agreement. There is no cost to the County.
