PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution creating Street Light Special Tax District 120AA in
Land Lot 139 of the 18th District for the following streets: East Ponce De Leon Ave, Mountain Industrial Blvd; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
Owners of 100% percent of the total front footage have signed the petition. The public hearing has been advertised and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The developer has paid Georgia Power Company for the installation costs. All abutting property on this street will be assessed four dollars and twenty-three cents ($4.23) per lighted street side foot per year in accordance with County policy.

Recommended Action
Adopt the attached resolution to create Street Light Special Tax District 120AA in Land Lot 139 of the 18th District for East Ponce De Leon Ave, Mountain Industrial Blvd; and Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to the project.
