PURPOSE:
Awarded on May 13, 2025 for an amount not to exceed $75,000.00. This contract consists of the purchase of aviation fuel for the County’s police helicopters on an as-needed basis. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided contract term increase. This request further seeks to exercise the 1st renewal option through May 13, 2027 with a cost increase in the pricing of fuel.

Recommend approval to exercise the 1st renewal option with:
Perry Brothers Aviation Fuels, LLC, 125 US Highway 280 W., Americus, GA 31719
Amount Not To Exceed: $75,000.00.
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the renewal and all associated documents.
