PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 12, 2016 for a total amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00. On December 4, 2018, the BOC authorized Change Order No. 1 adding funds for an amount not to exceed $1,200,000.00 and to add the Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs. These contracts consist of the provision for architectural and engineering design services on an as needed basis. This request is to increase each contract amount and to extend the terms for an additional year.
