PURPOSE:
To amend the FY2024 operating budget for Probate Court
NEED/IMPACT:
The Probate Court requires an additional $22,000 to cover contract costs with Tyler Technology. This amount was inadvertently removed by the Office of Management & Budget during the FY2024 budget process
FISCAL IMPACT:
Increase appropriations for the following accounts by the amount indicated below:
Probate Court - General Fund - Other Professional Services (04110.521209.100.0000.0000) - $22,000
Decrease appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Fund Reserves - General Fund - Budgetary Reserve (09610.579013.100.0000.0000) - $22,000

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
