To record the appointment of Barbara Campbell to the District 5 Community Council.
NEED/IMPACT:
The Clerk to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Commissioners would like the minutes of the Commission to reflect appointments made by individual Commissioners to various boards and authorities.

Recommended Action
Direct the Clerk to record the appointment of Jesse “Jay” Cunningham as a member of the District 5 Community Council, appointed by the District 5 Commissioner, with a term to begin immediately with the term ending on December 31, 2021, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
